Hi all, was hoping to get an opinion on my current situation.
Been having random intermittent connection issues with my rogers internet, after a rogers tech came and put in a temporary coax line, after the 'buried' cable got chopped (line was not buried deep enough). have contacted rogers again, but they said that since i was on a temporary line, they would not troubleshoot it until my line gets reburied, which could be who knows when.
i have a sneaky suspicion that the tech who came to bury the line knew i might have issues as he had this "well that doesn't look right" look on his face when he was double checking the line stats.
anyways, attached is an image of my current line stats (modem cgn3acsmr_4.5.8.27),

notice how channel ID 1 is horribly mismatched from the rest of the signals in terms of signal strength?
is it always mismatched no matter which port ID it ends up being on. i notice that over time, the signal strength would drop over time, until i get disconnected, and the whole process begins again.
would this be because i'm using a temp line (i personally don't feel like it would, as if that was the case, wouldn't anyone who lives in an area where their coax isn't buried, be disconnecting all the time?) or is there something wrong with the modem, caused when the line got disconnected rather aggressively?
would just like to know what might be the problem (something that can be solved with replacing the modem, or i will have to live with it until rogers buries my cable)... its getting annoying when i would randomly get disconnect when i'm gaming online. Thank for any insight that might be provided.
