I had Rogers Digital Cable 4K TV some time ago and I remember that when I signed up in store, they said that self-installs aren't allowed for whatever reasons.
Does Rogers allow self-installs now or is that still not allowed.
I currently have Teksavvy Cable internet and the test channel so the line is hot/active
