Against my better judgment, I came back to Rogers after 16 years (most of which were with TPIA) as the package offered was "double the speed half the money " bait and switch promo.
Unsurprisingly, but still frustrating, after 3 months I got a notification that the price is going up 3$/mth.
Not the end of the world you might say, but it's the principle that matters. I was promised a fix price for 12 months.
Ironically, as I type this, my internet is crawling (first time in these 3 months).
Long story short...how do I contact the Office of the President and what was the govt agency that arbiters these type of scams?
