I'm actually asking for a friend who has been complaining of problems; sites occasionally not loading, overall slowness, etc. Unfortunately, not actually being there in person to witness the issues, it's hard to see how bad or where the problem is. They're not the most tech literate either so it's difficult to determine the problem.
I took a look at her modem stats and they didn't look that bad to me but hopefully someone more informed can see better. I see that my friend is getting T3 errors on a daily basis. I don't think they've been losing connectivity entirely though. They just say it's slow.
I also did simple ping and traceroutes and didn't see any packet loss.
I believe it's something like a 150/15 speed package. Speed tests seem fine.
