Rogers or Fido will never get my business

Hey, Rogers / Fido thanks to your idiot can't speak English properly Technician you 2 will never see my business again. I'm changing internet providers from Fido to TekSavvy so I get a call from a tech guy from Rogers and it was schedile from 4 to 6pm, no problem I said. get another call from the same guy who I can hardly understand with his broken English around 7:30. At this point I already returned the Fido Modem at Rogers outlet and had hooked up the TekSavvy Modem... So now I'm thinking everything is good and told the idiot everything is working and all he said was oh you have internet now and I said yeah. Well, afterward I call TekSavvy to see if I was hooked into their service and I wasn't. Now why this idiot didn't just say he's here for the TekSavvy hookup and not mention he's from Rogers which is what he told me? I'm thinking he was working for Fido and had nothing to do with switching me over since he didn't say anything about it. And since I didn't get switched over wouldn't he had known it since he was the one that was supposed to do it?
